Information we collect
To prepare and e-file your Form 2290, we collect the information you provide, business name, EIN, address, contact details, and vehicle information (VINs, weights). If you contact us about accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax or other services, we collect what you send: your name, business name, phone, email, the service you are asking about and your message. We also collect account credentials and basic usage data needed to operate the service.
How we use your information
We use your information to prepare, validate, and transmit your Form 2290 to the IRS, deliver your stamped Schedule 1, process payment for our service fee, answer enquiries, and provide the services you ask for and support. Enquiries sent through the website are stored on our systems and emailed to our team so that a person can reply. We do not sell your personal information.
Website analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, which buttons and links are clicked (including phone and email links), and whether a contact form was submitted. These events carry page paths and labels only. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, EINs, VINs, or payment details to analytics.
IRS transmission
As an IRS-authorized e-file provider, we transmit return data to the IRS through Modernized e-File (MeF). Data sent to the IRS is governed by IRS security and privacy requirements.
Data security
We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.
Data retention
We retain filing records as required to provide the service and to meet legal and tax-record obligations. You may request a copy of your data or ask questions about retention at any time.
